...it's an e-mail list -- an offshoot of the main Divebums e-mail list (San Diego based) for some of the people on the list up in Orange County (also one for LA).
I run Divebums and its associated e-mail list (a fairly large list which has been a great source of San Diego diving related info), but will not be running either the Orange County or LA offshoot lists -- that's up to volunteers up there, for the people up there to make as much or as little of it as they wish.
