IMHO If you are going to return to your campsite inside the MPA, it is not possible to paddle far enough. The possession of game inside the MPA would be presumed to have been taken in the MPA. So if you paddled out of the MPA to take the game you would need to eat it and dispose of the evidence before you re-entered the MPA to return to your campsite.
