Isn't there an "immediate consumption" allowance?
I chewed up and ate a scallop at 60feet (whoops, 60fsw, sorry ross). I removed my reg from my mouth while chewing and tried not to make any depth changes and tried to exhale a bit out of my mouth while chewing.
It was a very fresh scallop with a wonderfull Ocean Sauce.
