Hmmmm. There are a lot of Bed and Breakfasts, but I suspect most are expensive. There are hotels that should be cheaper. You can pay to park your car overnight in the parking lot at Van Damme Cove. It's not the crowded season particularly. Maybe stay 10 miles north in Fort Bragg. The hotels there should be reasonable.
In any case, you should have a great time up there.
