be informative. At this time, the holding company which owns the dive boat, the
"Iron Eagle" based out of Long Beach, is now in Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Nonetheless, the subhuman, I mean individual, Dan Addler, who controls both the
LLC which owns the IE, and the LLC, Ocean Sports Adventures which leases the IE
and runs so-called charters on her, is at this time attempting to scam investors
into purchasing a 30% share of the IE for the mere sum of $200,000.00. Since
the IE is technically, at this time, under the auspices of the Bankruptcy Court,
he is actually selling something he does not own, nor has a right to sell (as I
understand the bk law). Hence, interested parties should be aware of this.
They should also be aware that the primary captain of the IE has elected to no
longer have anything to do with Addler, and therefore, any charter that Addler
is attempting to sell at this time, will almost postively not take place, and
any individual paying for said charter, will undoubtly have his money ripped
