Also the Ocean enhancment stamp will increase from $2.50 to $5.00.
That will increase the total cost for Ocean only local licences from ($17.25+$2.50)=$19.75 to ($32.25+$5.00)=$37.35

Also abalone will increase from $12 to $15.
