I often shore dive at morro bay and spooners cove. Some of my favorite central coast kayak dive spots are leffingwell landing in cambria, spooners cove at montana de oro, and san simeon beach. Almost all spots have great spearfishing.
There is also a dive shop in morro bay for air fils and your scuba needs.
