Check out Dolphin Dive Center. They are a well run, professional PADI shop. They are American owned who are always at DEMA or the Long Beach Scuba Show, and provide PADI trained divemasters and instructors as guides. In a nutshell, your aren't hiring a local fisherman to be your guide.
