I am about to be in Charlotte for a while. Usually I get to come home on weeekends, but I am staying over on a weekend in 2 weeks. I am thinking of taking my gear and doing a dive or two there. I spoke to one operator and they say it is hit or miss this time of year because nobody dives much after labor day. The water is in the low 70's with >100' vis, but the locals are not much into diving anymore.
So has anyone dove there and does anyone have a recomendation for a dive operator?
