Now note, I see nothing wrong with a long hose and have said so, but neither do I see much advantage. The truely amazing part of this is that there has never been what I consider serious discussion of the long hose on either CA BBS. I ask why and usually get back a blast of vindictiveness. On the RSD board, I finally saw a great discussion of it.
Before you ask me too many questions about what I know about diving, note that the issues I posted about originated from other people (as I stated) and I posted them there for consideration. There was a good discussion and I learned new stuff about diving.
