I have a little spray bottle that I fill with some cheap conditioner I found in the wife's stuff and water. It makes a great difference in getting the suit over my arms and legs and into the right location.

For kids and women-not-used-to-wearing-wetsuits, I like to use plastic bags. Just use the grocery bags and put them over the hands. They will slide right in. Put them on the feet and the legs go right in. Once the suit in on, you pull the bags off the hands and feet and they are ready to jump in. This works well in a dive shop fitting room where the spray bottle is not well received.

In Florida a few years ago, I saw an aerosol can of wetsuit lube for sale. I have never seen it before or since. But with my fantastic experience with hair conditioner, I would not buy it.
