Looking for dive operations in Bonaire

We're heading to Bonaire soon. Does anyone have recommedations for dive operators? My first choice would be an organization similar to Ed Robinson's in Maui. Specifically, we are looking for guided tours. A second choice would be an organization similar to Truth Aquatics for open boat dives. Third, does anyone have recommendations for beach dive sites. I have ordered a couple books, but am looking for references based on personal experience.
