Seems Bob Evans (owner of Force Fins) took Rodale's up on an offer of $10K to anyone who could prove their reviews were biased or false. Evans submitted a claim, Rodale's rejected it. Now they're in court.

Here's what the article says:

"A report in the Business section of the Santa Barbara News outlined Evans' grievances and his claims that he had lost millions of dollars of business due to the adverse reviews. He claimed that he was not interested in the $10,000 but in restoring the good reputation of his product. The two companies are said to be negotiating a settlement in the courts."

"Negotiating a settlement" and "won a judgment" sound to me to be two quite different things.
