It's good to hear you are getting to dive and better that you got bit by the bug hunting fever.
Oh yah, the sea lions are comfortable at Cortes though I hear there are pretty good tussles at the bouys out there.
Try swatting the lobsters to the ground rather than grabbing them... if you can.
Actually, I consider SBI to be the nicest of the islands.
