Mike, you are going to have to know, what your instructors name was, and it would be nice to know his or her instructor number. Do you still have your log book? If you do you should have the instructors name in it and a record of your dives(you could get a new card from that).
NAUI's records are very spottie and they seemed to have lost alot of them when they gave up on California and moved to Florida.
If you can't find the instructors name and number you are probably SOL,and will have to take a class.
