Van Damme perhaps, but there is more good diving up there on the North Coast than any one diver will ever see.
My buddy Eric started exploring the diving from south of the Russian River, near Bodega Bay, but as he explored, he thought the diving got better as he went north. He found a lot of artifacts off shore as well. The pinnacles off of Mendocino are amazing.
