Yes, Aqual Lung sells Apeks. A US Divers/Aqualung dealer should be able to service the Apeks line of regulators.
Since you are looking for "reliability" you should consider the regulators that are used as "rental stock" since they are reliable and suffer differing levels of abuse, and keep breathing. Lot's of Titan regs are used for rentals.
