The news report said the two divers were together attempting to fix a bc inflator hose problem when Schatz "slipped under water". If they were 20 yards off the beach how deep was the water, why wasn't he wearing fins, why didn't the buddy grab him and/or drop his weight belt? Important unanswered questions.
