The Department always appreciates information and help. One of the best ways folks like you can help out is to actually let folks who are doing those kinds of things know that they are illegal and you don't appreciate it. Peer pressure does work. Second, let your local warden know. Contacting CalTip helps, but it also doesn't hurt getting to know your local warden. They are busy, but are always interested in information.
