Have your DMs remind hunters that they are responsible for knowing the size, take limit and restrictions before entering the water. Let it be known that the GE is a non-poaching boat! I've had a couple of instances where a hunter killed a Garibaldi and a Torpedo Ray and then ask me if they were edible. The guy who shot the electric ray had his mahogony speargun "accidently" broken in two. :-)
