Once again I must state that I believe that the enforcement of the law (jail time, torture, etc.) of the offending parties be the solution for the problem. The courts at present don't get too excited over some guy catching a fish that is too small, of having too many lobsters. The courts MUST wake up and realize that we are talking about a natural resource that must be maintained. Enforce the law!
