Shampoo and most comercial anti-foggers don't work for me. I dive in very soft freshwater and always have some leakage due to my beard. There was a commercial anti-fogger that I used years ago. That worked fairly good. I can't remember the name of it now. The last two anti-foggers I bought were a waste of money. Thank God for spit.
