My wife and I had a very good experience diving on Taveuni Island in Fiji. We stayed at the Garden Island resort which is the closest resort to the best diving on this Island. You can't beat Rainbow Reef when the currents are running. Good accomodations and great diving. In between dives they bring you to a secluded beach to hang out eat and walk the shores for shells. Garden Island resort offers a complete package if you would like to include diving and/or meals. I have heard good things about the live aboards there which is another good way of seeing many locations. When the currents are up the Soft corals are out of this world. Many Great spots for Macro. Fiji dive trips are great values.
