Thanks for putting it out there what many of us just thought about. I was on the Dn & DnII a couple of weeks ago. We had several divers that had questionable english skills. The captain gave them a very detailed briefing about game take. It was either not heard or understanded. They came up with several ling cod three sheep head and other no no's. At first the capt. was just going to let it ride. I mentioned that he may put the boat and the rest of the divers at risk with F&G he finiily had the fish put over the side. Dead of course. I was sick at the waste. I hope what you say goes in to effect Ken,Thanks.
