There's a little $80 device that guys can install in the leg of your drysuit that lets you dump pee overboard. It attaches to the johnson via a condom cathether with adhesive inside (yes - getting it off can be painful, especially if you've never heard about the alcohol trick!). I've heard that there is a cup shaped thing with adhesive around the edges that ladies can use but I've never seen one. Most ladies, and guys without P-valves, simply wear adult diapers just in case...
