Sonke,

We've had more people getting seal bombed recently by the squid fishers. What's the deal with this... you never got back to us.

Is this under state or federal regs, or both?

What is the rule? Where can and can they not seal bomb?

What can a person do about it if the rules are being broken or if the rules aren't being broken but they're still being blown out of the water by fishermen?
