The big island has the best diving of Hawaii. You have to go to the City of Refuge. Find out where the Mantas are. They may still be at the Airport. Go on Captain Bean's dinner cruise. You might get better answers at Rodales. There was just a big list posted there that would answer your question. ... scubadiving.com
