This years NCP will be August 6th -8th at the Vandamme State Park Campground.
I am going to combine my party with the Redwood Empire Divers Party that they do every year since I have recently joined that group

We will be one big happy family. I do not know yet if they have obtained the group site yet so I would suggest to anyone that wants to get in on the festivities to call reserveamerica and get a site. The sooner the better because they go fast. Some of you So cal people that have never been up here, this is your chance to see it and dive with the locals that can show you the ropes. Water hovers around 48 to 53 degrees so a 7 mil suit is fine or a dry suit. Don't forget your Ab punch card and licence and all the required tools to get 'em.
Those of you that have a boat I strongly suggest that you hook it up and bring it because there is some fantastic diving all up and down the coastline and offshore on pinnacles accessible only by boat.
If you have a kayak bring that too because it is a kayakers paradise with tunnels and neat coves to explore.
Give it a try this year, what the hell? You'll enjoy it.
