"book all dive trips to Tannner or Cortes Banks, Begg Rock, or San Miguel Pinnacles ... then you will eventually dive everywhere"
There is good reasoning behing this system, becasue of weather you don't always make the destinations, and often only make it to "fall back" destinations.
Tanner/Cortes fall backs; 1) San Clemente, 2) Catalina.
Begg Rock fall backs; 1) Nic, 2) SBI, 3) Catalina
San Miguel Pinnacles fall backs; 1) San Miguel, 2) Santa Rosa, 3) Santa Cruz, 4) Anacappa
Thus eventually you will dive everywhere.
