Absolutely. Even better, I'll buy two of them, one to fish - one to save fish.

There are enough people today concerned about the increasing human pressure upon little understood, often fragile ecosystems, that I believe if properly marketed this idea could generate enthusiasm with conservationists willing to do their share to protect their interests. Just as fishermen do today. This new way of looking at it creates a more even playing field, instead of the frustration of impotency currently felt today by the average conservationist minded individual. A competitive spark could be ignited between both groups and greater interest and participation may result amongst the general population.

If things are going to change, new thinking is required.

Primary objective is a healthy ecosystem. The commercial fishermen aspects of which must also be address.
