What if SB241(the rigs to reefs bill that was killed by Davis last year) was brought back to the table? What if a percentage of the hundreds of millions of dollars it could bring in were set aside exclusively for marine conservation? (and not the way lottery money was 'set aside' for the school system, which ended up losing funding in the long run).
Is anyone in Sacramento thinking about that? I'm curious.
