another articulate response toward someone who dares to question the environmental establishment's propoaganda. I get out plenty as a waterman. That doesn't mean I need to place my reason on hold.

OK name me one development that the Ocean Conservancy supported other than ones that call for more regulation (command and control by D.C.) or greater restrictions....I didn't think so. As their previous incarnation as the Center for Marine Conservation they were issue oriented and educational...then they went big time.

Why was it Malibu chose to incorporate? They did not want to be included in the LA waste treatment system as a means of growth control and to hell with the public health of those of us who enjoy water contact sports. Why does the fecal coliform level spike in Malibu when it rains?
