Half the time I live in the desert. It is so quite I can hear the birds fly by. Last night I lost my little buddy. Elvira. I don't know if the coyotes got her, but I think they did.
At times like this you find out who your true friends really are. Elaine came over from work after working a 16 hour shift to help me look for Elvira. Terry, Chris, MHK, Capt. Don, Capt. Mike, Vlodka, along with my entire crew called to see what they could do.
I have had the door open all day, with the hopes that she will return.
She has not. Perhaps tomorrow will bring more help.
