There is article in today's San Diego Union that talks about seal bombs being dumped on divers by squid fishermen.
A quote from the article by Orlando Amoroso, president of the Southern California Commercial Fishing Vessel Association:"I frankly didn't know that people dived at night," he said. "But I'm very interested in solving the problem, if there is one. There must be some way to control the situation to minimize the risk."
