The link still works. It is a ZIP archive that contains a WMV file. You may need WinZip to extract it before you can play contained WMV file. Did you try to extract it first?
ZIPing the file seems pretty dumb, sinceit does not really save any download time (1%), but not nearly as lame brained as what is on the video.
