I know they are common in our waters. I know you've seen many pictures of them. But, this image really looks nice to me so I thought I would share. We dove the wreck of the Avalon this morning. Vis was only about 15 feet, the water was cold, low fifties, and there was a strong surge at the bottom. The bow of the Avalon is currently home to many, many Spanish Shawls. I took this image with my Olympus c5050 in a PT-015 housing with an Ikelite DS-125 strobe. F 8.0 1/250 sec ISO 64.
