I wouldn't dive a drager either.. It has its uses by there are much better choices.. For an SCR I would choose an Azimuth since there is a variety of training available, the RB80 is a better design but is way overpriced and you only have 1 training option.

For deep or long dives or both a CCR is the way to go...

an scr is just a gas extension device and for recreational depths the main users are mostly divers into video and photography which allows much better interaction with marine lif..
