If I buddy up with you, I will sign a waiver and get you to sign one for me. We each commit that we know that diving is dangerous and all that stuff. We also agree that we do not hold each other responsible for our safety. We also sign that we desire for our families to know that we do not want suits brought against the buddy.
It is a simple form. I am proud to sign it and so are reasonable buddies. I only dive with reasonable buddies -- or alone.
