Would that be sorta like a store that charters a dive boat having the courtesy of talking to a charter patron diver about an issue with DFG reg compliance while on a charter before making the event public to a DFG warden?

Maybe the guy who posted the complaint has a "zero tolerance policy" against charters that leave early and rather then asking questions privately.
