And your conclusion is based on what set of studies or rigorous observations? Just because we strap on a tank and get up close and personal doesn't mean that our track record is any better or worse than any other ocean users. Surfers suffer from this same delusion, yet demographically as a group they are the most likely to litter and pollute, as individuals. But never let facts get in the way of a good myth.
