We'll post a more detailed update later on today but we're pleased to tell you that all the Chamber Day boats have filled with one notable exception . . . the Horizon in San Diego which is being sponsored by Sport Chalet (plus two spots on the island Time, also a Sport Chalet-sponsored boat).

C'mon Sport Chalet divers, what's with this? As patrons of one of the largest diving retailers in the US, you have a tremendous opportunity to really shoot the numbers for this event through the moon. Jim Guido, Clara Galvan, and Mary I-can't-think-of-her-last-name are all working very hard on the event. many of the old SC clubs (Inland Empire, West LA, Sole Searchers) are taking tables but there are still spots to be filled there as well. It's nice to have these efforts but these folks can't do it without the support of the Sport Chalet customer base.

It's time to step up to the plate, Sport Chalet divers!!! Here's what we'd love to see you do:

• Fill those last two spots on the Island Time
• Join the Horizon (which will leave SD Tuesday evening) and let's fill it up
• Fill the empty spots for those Chamber Evening tables
• Make a contribution to the Chamber Challenge
• Get a Sport Chalet contingent on the Flying Dutchman

The time for action is now. Call Clara or Mary at 800/348-3794 and book those spots on the Island Time and Horizon. Contact your local club and get in on their Chamber Evening table action. Call us (Chamber Day/Eve) directly at 310/652-4990 and make a contribution to the Chamber Challenge or book your self on to the Flying Dutchman.

Given the number of you who dive with Sport Chalet, you should be having a bigger positive impact on this event. the corporate effort is there, now it's time for the customers to join in on the fun.

So c'mon Sport Chalet divers . . . whaddya say??????
