Just being creative and practical. Aren't freedivers and snorklers encouraged to tow a float? Numbe that. (You'd be nuts to go out without one due to boat traffic, though that's only something the boat drunks and jetskidiots can aim for). As for the multi-tankers, label one tank with your number and mark the others "spare".
