When I think about SEAHUNT's post about all the many things that went wrong in this entire incident, even PADI comes out as a victim, but of their own lack of foresight as a dynamic trend setting cutting edge marketing organization in not coming up with a standard tagging or sign-off protocol for boat D/M procedures.
