Back when I was younger and had hips. I used a soft lead shot weight belt for many years and was happy with it. Maybe if this South Beach diet gets me to my goal. I will go back to a belt.
I have never dumped lead in my life. Accidently or otherwise, dumping lead is a last resort for me. Just so they can find my body easily.
I bought a Mares Techno BC off Ebay. Just about brand new with only one dive on it. Funny thing it was missing the lead pouches on the weight system.
