GUE provides the best education and clearly produces the best technical divers. You will notice a GUE tech diver by their form and grace in the water.
However the number of instructors is limited due to their high standards and you may have to work a bit to get your classes scheduled. With GUE you need to start with the "Fundamentals of DIR" class which is offered in Southern California by several GUE instrutors such as Mike Kane, Marc Hall, and Tamara Kendall. Most GUE divers say it is worth the extra work to be part of that elite group.
