I met with our Night Diving class at Redondo at 8PM, looking at 1-2' surf (with an occassional 3'), lots of surface chop and an on-shore wind that built. We decided to bag it.
A group of three, diving while we were dicussing, came back when we finished talking and said it was very surgy with can't-see-your-hand-in-front-of-your-face vis.
