I grew up diving in Florida. I used Quiessence for three days. They used 6 pacs, so no overcrowded cattle boats, exceptional service, drift diving in areas where no anchoring was allowed (they will also tie up to mooring buoys on the overdived reefs if that is what you request). Local custom in the Keys is to dive without gloves. If you get rained or hurricaned out (a bit too early right now, but it happened in 1995) head to Key West, its the only place to be in the Keys if you can't be on or under the water.
