Going to be diving the big island in a week. I have asked the question before but just figured I would throw it out there again. What's the best dive shops to go to on Kona. Since none of them seem to offer a spectacular package deal, and I am hesitant to committing to a bunch of dives with one shop without meeting them, I am going to try a few. What I am really looking for is maybe a few that aren't all over the net already. I have seen the sites for Kona Coast Divers, Dive Makai and Jacks Diving locker. I am going to try to dive a day with a couple of these, but any other suggestions? Also going to look into doing some shore diving, my girlfriend will have just gotten her open water certification 3 days before we leave so please, any beginner shore diving recommendations would be appreciated.
