child porn spam

I apoligize that I have had to shut down this BBS temporarily several times in the past week, but child porn spamers have been flooding it with posts. I am attempting to block them, but I have not been successful yet becasue they seem to do it through a multitude of open proxies. Spaming should be a capitol offense!
