This is not California diving related so I hope you read this before it is deleated . Yes it is true . I am glad I made the trip in 1999 with Ken . World class diving . The beach dive is considered one of the best in the world . You will probably still be able to dive Sipadan from Mabul . Just will not be able to stay on the island any more . Check out the Borneo divers web site http://www.borneodivers.info/homeframe.html as they have a new resort on Mabul and the price is right .
